Ingredientes
4 folhas de massa brick
2 alheiras sem pele
1 cebola picada
2 dentes alho picado
Azeite
Sal e pimenta
Preparação
Refoga-se ligeiramente a cebola com o alho e um fio de azeite. Salteiam-se as alheiras desfeitas durante uns minutos. Recheiam-se as folhas de massa brick com o preparado, atam-se com um fio de culinária e vão ao forno até alourar cerca de 15 minutos. Segundo o Chef Gomezzz este prato deveria ser servido com esparregado de naciças e batatas assadas, eu optei por couve à brasileira e arroz Árabe.
