Ingredientes:1 chávena de arroz
1 chávena de cenoura ralada
3 chávenas de água
azeite q.b.
sal q.b.
Preparação:
Coze-se a cenoura na água, devidamente temperada com sal e azeite. Assim que a água estiver a ferver adiciona-se o arroz e deixa-se cozinhar.
