Ingredientes:
1 posta de bacalhau grande
2 cebolas
3 ovos
sal e pimenta q.b.
batata
Preparação:
Cozi o bacalhau sem sal. Depois de cozido tirei-lhe as espinhas e desfiei-o. Cortei as batatas em palitos e fritei-as em óleo bem quente. Piquei a cebola e pu-la a alourar em azeite. Assim que a cebola ficou translúcida adicionei as batatas fritas e o bacalhau.
Adicionei os ovos mexidos e temperados com sal e pimenta. Vai-se mexendo constantemente com um garfo até os ovos ficarem coagulados, mas ainda muito macios.Serve-se de imediato polvilhado com bastante salsa picada e azeitona preta.
