Este bolo foi um dos que fiz para o aniversário da minha mãe e fui buscá-lo aqui. A receita é super fácil e não tem nada que enganar... deixei-o foi um pouco queimadito, mas fora isso... um mimo!
Ingredientes:
2 chávenas de chá de farinha
2 chávenas de chá de açúcar
1 chávenas de chá de leite
4 ovos
Preparação:
Juntei tudo à excepção das claras que bati em castelo. Depois de tudo muito bem batido e misturado: forno... e como já sabem, o truque do palito (e vocês conhecerem os fornos com os quais cozinham) é melhor do que vos deixar temperaturas e tempos...
